RRG is a charter and founding member of a National Consortium of collaborative recruiting organizations who (like us) see the need to change the way employers view their sourcing partners and adjust the costs associated with doing business. By pooling our respective network resources, we’ve reduced the cost of finding that ‘needle in a haystack’ candidate for those tough to fill positions and are passing that savings on to our clients!
